Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 over-ripened bananas, mashed
  • 1⁄4 cup Dannon Light + Fit Banana Cream Greek Fat Free Yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1⁄4 cup oil of your choice
  • 2 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  • step 1Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray.
  • step 2In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • step 3In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, Light + Fit Banana Cream yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract.
  • step 4Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  • step 5Stir in chopped pecans and chocolate chips and then add batter to your loaf pan.
  • step 6Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • step 7Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
