Greek Yogurt Key Lime Pie Bars Recipe


  • 6 whole graham crackers
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 5.3oz container Dannon Light + Fit Key Lime Greek Fat Free Yogurt
  • 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg and 1 egg white
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tablespoon lime zest
  • 1⁄4 cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour


  • step 1Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • step 2Place the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add in the melted butter and pulse again until the crumbs and butter are combined.
  • step 3Pour the crumbs into the pan and press them into an even layer.
  • step 4Bake the crust in the oven for 6-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Then, reduce the heat to 300°F.
  • step 5Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  • step 6Add in the Light + Fit Key Lime yogurt, sugar and pinch of salt and beat again until smooth.
  • step 7Add in the egg and egg white and beat until smooth.
  • step 8Add in the lime zest, lime juice and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  • step 9Add in the flour and beat until smooth.
  • step 10Pour the filling on top of the cooled graham cracker crust then place it on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until the mixture is set.
  • step 11Allow the bars to cool completely before refrigerating them for at least 3 hours.
  • step 12Garnish with mint or lime wedges and enjoy!
