Piña Colada FroYo Bites

  • ½ cup Light + Fit Vanilla Zero Sugar* Yogurt-Cultured Ultra-Filtered Non Fat Milk
  • ¼ cup Canned Crushed Pineapple (Drained Well)
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Coconut Shreds
  • Dark Chocolate Baking Chips


  • step 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • step 2In a mixing bowl, combine L+F Vanilla, crushed pineapple, and coconut shreds
  • step 3Portion out the fruit/yogurt mixture into 8 clusters or use a 1/3 cup measuring cup for easy division and scoop them onto the parchment paper making 2 inch wide cluster/round. Make sure they are not touching
  • step 4Freeze for at least 1 hour
  • step 5Melt dark chocolate chips using the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between
  • step 6Remove frozen clusters from parchment and dip in melted chocolate, let excess chocolate drip off, return to parchment paper. Once all the cluster are dipped return to the freezer until dark chocolate hardens 
  • step 7Keep in freezer until ready to enjoy!
