Easy Dessert Pizza Recipe


  • 1 cup (8 oz) Vanilla Light & Fit Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • Sprinkle of raw sugar

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) Vanilla Light & Fit Greek Yogurt
  • 1 peach, thinly sliced
  • 5-6 cherries, pitted and halved
  • 2-3 strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Drizzle of balsamic vinegar (optional - we used raspberry-infused)


  • step 1Preheat oven to 475° F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan with cooking spray or a little olive oil and sprinkle with flour.
  • step 2Make the pizza dough by adding yogurt and flour to a large bowl and mixing to combine. Once the dough comes together enough to transfer, move it to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes, sprinkling with additional flour as needed (don’t be shy!) to keep it from feeling too sticky.
  • step 3Place your pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet or pizza pan and stretch into a circle about 10 or 16 inches in diameter, depending on whether you’re making one large pizza or two smaller ones. The dough should be about 1/4 inch thick (or less if you like your crust extra thin!).
  • step 4Place pizza dough in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the crust is nicely browned.
  • step 5While the dough is baking, melt your white chocolate in a saucepan on the stove over low heat, stirring continuously until it’s all almost melted. Remove from heat and stir until fully smooth.
  • step 6When the pizza dough is ready, remove it from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before you add your toppings (you can pop it in the fridge to speed this up!).
  • step 7Once the crust is cool to the touch, add your toppings. Start with the yogurt, spreading to about an inch from the edge, and top with peach, cherries, strawberries, blueberries and pecans.
  • step 8Finish with a drizzle of white chocolate and balsamic vinegar and serve!
