Our programs

There are still too many institutional barriers facing female founders and entrepreneurs. Dannon® Light + Fit® wants more women-owned businesses and more female leaders in the workplace. That’s why we’re funding grants for female-founded business owners to go after what they crave. We are also inspiring change through art with bold, limited-edition packaging designs created by female artists that spotlight women and their strength. And, we have continued partnerships with dietitians who are dedicated to female-focused health & wellness projects within their communities.

Our mission at Light + Fit goes beyond delicious and craveworthy flavors. We’re dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs and artists, so we are collaborating with artists to inspire women to crave more.

As part of our ongoing artist series, we are dedicated to giving female artists a platform to share their vision and voice to empower women.

To kickoff this artist series, we partnered with Brazilian artist Camila Rosa. Camila used her provocative perspective to raise awareness of social issues. Her bold vision is proudly displayed across 3 exclusive designs with the goal of elevating and empowering women.

light + fit 2022 returnee

"After taking a career pause to be a stay-at-home mom and then feeling imposter syndrome when preparing to return, I felt supported, valued, and empowered in the Light + Fit Returnship program. And those feelings are invaluable when transitioning to re-enter the workforce."
