Step 1 Slice brioche bread into 1-inch-thick pieces.
Step 2 In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, granulated sugar, and cinnamon together. Dip the bread in the egg mixture to coat completely.
Step 3 Melt butter on a griddle over medium heat. Cook bread until golden brown on both sides.
