Ingredients

5.3 oz container Light & Fit’s
Plain Icelandic Style Skyr Yogurt

1 French bread baguette

2.5 oz smoked salmon, cut into 1/4 oz pieces

1 tbsp fresh dill

  1. Cut ten 1/2″ thick diagonal slices from the baguette (about 1/3 oz each)
  2. Spread 1 tbsp Light & Fit’s Plain Icelandic Style Skyr Yogurt on each baguette slice
  3. Top each baguette with 1/4 oz smoked salmon and a sprinkle of fresh dill
