Pumpkin Spiced Baked Pear with

  • 1/2 Pear
  • 1 pear, sliced down the middle
  • Ground ginger
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Chopped pecans
  • Coconut oil spray
  • Maple syrup
  • Light + Fit Pumpkin Pie Greek Nonfat Yogurt
Instructions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 350F
  • Step 2 Place sliced pear onto a pan and drizzle with maple syrup and spray with coconut oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Step 3 Before servings, add a scoop of Light + Fit Pumpkin Pie Greek Nonfat Yogurt and sprinkle with chopped pecans and cinnamon.
