Oh My-ah Pitaya Bowl

  • 1 container Light & Fit
    Original Greek Vanilla
    nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz)
  • 12 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • package pitaya fruit dices (dragon fruit) 3.5 oz.
  • 12 cup diced pineapple, divided

  • 1 small kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 14 cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
  • Step 1 Combine yogurt, pitaya pieces and almond milk in the blender. Process until smooth.
  • Step 2 Transfer mixture to a bowl and top with fruit, chia seeds and toasted coconut.
