nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz)

12 cup unsweetened almond milk

package pitaya fruit dices (dragon fruit) 3.5 oz.

12 cup diced pineapple, divided

1 small kiwi, peeled and diced

14 cup raspberries

1 Tbsp. chia seeds or hemp seeds

2 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut

  1. Combine yogurt, pitaya pieces and almond milk in the blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and top with fruit, chia seeds and toasted coconut.
