Pear and Prosciutto Pizza with

  • 3 Pizza Slices

For the pizza dough:

  • 1 cup Light + Fit Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 12 cups self-rising flour

For the pizza toppings:

  • Sweet onions, sliced
  • Pears, sliced
  • Mozzarella
  • Prosciutto
  • Walnuts, crushed
  • Baby arugula
  • Balsamic glaze
Instructions

For the pizza dough:

  • Step 1 Combine Light + Fit Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt and 1 cup of flour in a bowl. Mix with a stand mixer until combined. Slowly add the remaining 12 cup of flour until the dough comes together. Knead on medium-high for 5 min.
  • Step 2 Remove dough from bowl and roll out into a circle on parchment paper.

For the pizza toppings:

  • Step 1 Place your pizza stone in the oven and preheat oven to 500F
  • Step 2 Roll your dough flat into a pizza formation.
  • Step 3 Spread a thin layer of flour and add your dough.
  • Step 4 Chop your onion into thin slices. In a pan, sauté with olive oil and cook until onions are golden brown.
  • Step 5 Add your caramelized onions and sliced pears to the pizza.
  • Step 6 Add mozzarella cheese and prosciutto.
  • Step 7 When the pizza stone is preheated, turn the broiler to high and transfer pizza to the pizza stone. Bake for 4-5 minutes.
  • Step 8 Remove from oven and add fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
