Peachy Keen Overnight Cobbler

  • 1 container Light & Fit
    Original Greek Peach
    nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz)
  • 12 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • 1 peach, diced (1 cup), divided
  • 13 cup raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. granola
Instructions
  • Step 1 In a 2-cup mason jar combine yogurt, oats, almond milk, chia seeds and 12 of the peach, and stir well
  • Step 2 Top the oat-yogurt mixture with remaining peach and raspberries
  • Step 3 Seal and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  • Step 4 Remove lid, top with granola to serve
