Original Greek Caramel Apple Pie
nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz)

1 cup diced apples

34 cup unsweetened almond milk

13 cup rolled oats

3 Tbsp. dried cranberries

1 Tbsp. honey

12 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided

  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, apples, almond milk, oats, cranberries, honey and 14 tsp. cinnamon.
  2. Place in a 1-pint glass jar with lid. Sprinkle top with remaining cinnamon.
  3. Place lid on top to seal and place in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
