No Bake Yogurt Cereal Tart with Light And Fit Original Greek Vanilla

    Vanilla (5.3 oz each)
  • 5 cups Special K Red Berries (2 cups blended)
  • 14 cup honey
  • 14 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 containers
  • 2 cups fresh berries
Instructions
  • Step 1 Blend up cereal in a blender or food processor to make a fine crumb. You should have about 2 cups blended.
  • Step 2 Stir honey and melted coconut oil into the cereal crumbs in a large bowl.
  • Step 3 Press the cereal into the bottom of a greased 9inch tart pan (One with a releasable bottom is easiest). Freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Step 4 Spread vanilla yogurt over the top of the crust, and to the edges of the crust. Freeze for 15 minutes. Top with desired berries. Freeze for another 5 minutes, then slice up and serve.
