Greek Yogurt Mac & Cheese with
  • 4-6
  • 1/4-1/6 of Dish
  • 2 cups elbow pasta
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar shredded cheese
  • 12 cup Light + Fit Plain Greek Lowfat Yogurt
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 14 tsp onion powder
  • 14 tsp garlic powder
  • Step 1 Cook the pasta. When finished cooking, drain pasta and save 12 cup of pasta water.
  • Step 2 In a pot, add 14 cup of the reserved pasta water and stir in cheese until melted. Stir in the Light + Fit Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the pasta and add the remaining pasta water to thin, if necessary.
  • Step 3 Preheat oven to 450F. Add mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, and more shredded cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
