Chocolate Chip Banana Bread with

  • 1 slice (1/12 of loaf)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 14 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 3 over-ripened bananas, mashed
  • 14 cup Light + Fit Banana Cream Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 14 cup oil of your choice
  • 2 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper with cooking spray.
  • Step 2 In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Step 3 In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, Light + Fit Banana Cream Greek Nonfat Yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Step 4 Stir in chopped pecans and chocolate chips and then add batter to loaf pan.
  • Step 5 Bake on 350F for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Step 6 Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
