1⁄4 cup Light + Fit Banana Cream Greek Nonfat Yogurt
2 large eggs
1⁄4 cup oil of your choice
2 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup chocolate chips
Step 1 Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper with cooking spray.
Step 2 In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3 In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, Light + Fit Banana Cream Greek Nonfat Yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Step 4 Stir in chopped pecans and chocolate chips and then add batter to loaf pan.
Step 5 Bake on 350F for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
