Bring It Breakfast Pops with Light & Fit Original Greek Toasted Coconut Vanilla

    3 containers Light & Fit
    Original Greek Toasted Coconut Vanilla
    nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz each)

    13 cup smooth peanut butter

    2-3 Tbsp. honey or agave

    1 large diced banana (1.5 cups)

    14 cup granola crumbles

Instructions
  • Step 1 In a bowl, mix together yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth and then stir in diced banana.
  • Step 2 Sprinkle half the granola into the bottom of popsicle mold. Spoon yogurt mixture on top of the granola and pat down to even the top. Sprinkle remaining granola on top of the yogurt and pat down to adhere. Cover and place in freezer for 4 hours or overnight to solidify.
  • Step 3 When ready to serve, run warm water over overturned popsicles until they release.
