Berry Good Parfait

  • 1 container Light & Fit
    Original Greek Strawberry
    nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
  • 6 Tbsp. Chocolate Granola* divided
  • *Granola ingredients
    2 cups rolled whole oats
    14 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    13 cup honey
    2 Tbsp. coconut oil
    1 Tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions

Make Granola

  • Step 1 Combine all granola ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Step 2 Place on a parchment or foil lined sheet pan and bake in preheated 325°F oven for 25 minutes. Let cool before breaking apart and storing in a lidded jar.

Make Parfait

  • Step 1 In a tall glass, layer: 3 Tbsp. granola, ½ of the yogurt and ½ cup of berries.
  • Step 2 Repeat layers ending with berries. Serve immediately.
