Acai for Me Breakfast Bowl with Light & Fit Original Greek Strawberry Banana

  • 1 container Light & Fit
    Original Greek Strawberry
    Banana nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz)
  • 1 3.5 oz. package frozen Acai fruit puree, thawed
  • 1 medium banana, sliced (1 cup)
  • 12 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds, divided
  • 13 cup blackberries and blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted chopped pistachios
Instructions
  • Step 1 In a bowl, mix together yogurt, Acai fruit puree, banana, oats and 1 Tbsp. chia seeds.
  • Step 2 Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  • Step 3 To serve, top with berries, pistachios and remaining chia seeds.
