It might come as a surprise to learn that even yogurts that claim to be lower in sugar have more sugar than you might realize - or want!
But are you ready for some Good news?
We've created a yogurt that delivers the deliciously thick and creamy taste you love, without a lot of that sugar you're trying to avoid. Meet Two Good - it's the best of both worlds! It's a brand new Greek lowfat yogurt by Light & Fit, with 2 grams of total sugar, 12 grams of protein, and 80 calories per 5.3 oz serving. Oh, and did we mention that it's also crazy-delicious? It is!
Two Good isn't too good to be true, but it's pretty revolutionary. We've developed a patent-pending, slow-straining process that allows us to remove most of the sugar from milk that's used to make yogurt, leaving you with way less sugar* and all that yummy goodness you'd expect from Light & Fit.
Here's how the real magic happens in our innovative process:
Starting with a fun food fact: sugar is naturally present in the milk that makes yogurt.
But we've discovered an amazing new way to reduce the concentration of sugar in the milk before we make a batch of Two Good!
Then we take the milk and add in the active cultures, which break down the remaining sugar even more. How sweet is that?
Next, we take our milk and culture combo and strain it like typical Greek yogurts, only we spend way more time doing it! The slow straining removes most of the sugar and re-concentrates the protein. What's left is a thick, creamy Greek lowfat yogurt that is rich in protein, and lower in sugar than other flavored yogurts - 85% less sugar, in fact.* It's a game changer! Good things really do come to those who wait!
The final secret to unleashing a taste that's Two Good is that we pair our high protein, lower sugar yogurt with our unique flavors. We add a touch of stevia and ta-dah. It's Two Good!
And that's what makes Two Good deliciously satisfying to eat - but with a lower level of sugar. We made the impossible possible! Two Good delivers the perfect touch of sweetness with no added sugar**, while also packing a nutritional punch with 2 grams of total sugar, 12 grams of high quality protein, and 80 calories, per 5.3 oz cup.
* Two Good: 80 calories, 2g fat, 2g sugar per 5.3oz. Average regular yogurt: 130 calories, 2.5g fat, 16g sugar per 5.3oz.
** Not a low-calorie food.
