Morning Mango Acai Bowl with Light & Fit Original Greek Toasted Coconut Vanilla

Ingredients

1 container Light & Fit
Original Greek Toasted Coconut Vanilla
nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz)

3 oz. frozen Acai fruit chunks

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

1 small mango, diced and divided (approx. 1 cup dices)

12 cup blueberries

1 Tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds

  1. In a blender combine yogurt, frozen acai, chia seeds, and half of the mango, puree until well blended.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with diced mango, blueberries and toasted sunflower seeds.
