nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz)

12 cup cooked mixed grains (wild rice, brown rice and quinoa)

13 cup diced papaya

13 cup diced pineapple

1 small kiwi, peeled and diced

1 Tbsp. toasted almond slices

1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut

  1. In a bowl combine yogurt with grains
  2. Top with diced fruit and granola and serve.
