Frozen Fruit Clusters with Light And Fit Original Greek Strawberry

Ingredients

3 containers Dannon Light & Fit® Strawberry (5.3 oz each)

3 cups Special K® Vanilla Almond,
plus a little extra for garnish

1 cup strawberries, diced

12 cup mini chocolate chips Melted chocolate, for drizzling, optional

  1. In a large bowl, combine Dannon Light & Fit® Strawberry, Special K® Vanilla Almond, diced strawberries, and mini chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
  2. Using a mini ice cream scoop or tablespoon to drop small mounds onto a parchment or waxed paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with a little more cereal, if desired. Serve immediately or store in airtight, freezer-safe container for up to 1 week.
