nonfat yogurt (5.3 oz)

1 cup multi-grain pancake mix

12 cup unsweetened almond milk

Fresh fruit for topping (optional)

Maple syrup for topping (optional)

  1. In a bowl combine pancake mix with yogurt and almond milk, mix well to blend.
  2. Let batter rest 5 minutes before griddling
  3. Serving with fresh fruit and maple syrup, if desired
